You are responsible for keeping your password secure and managing your user data. You are accountable for all activities associated with your account, including those by others to whom you provide access. Fortify VPN+ offers an unlimited subscription, managed by you. A 3-day trial is available, with auto-renewal and pricing subject to change. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.
When using Fortify VPN+ globally, you agree to comply with local laws. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use Fortify VPN+ to create competing products, transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise its operation.
We do not provide any warranties for the service or software. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the exposure of user identity or performance issues of VPN servers. Fortify VPN+ is provided "as is," without warranties for uninterrupted operation or complete data protection.
You agree to indemnify Fortify VPN+ and related entities from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of Fortify VPN+.
If this agreement is terminated, your access and license to use Fortify VPN+ will be revoked. Termination can occur due to atypical usage. Once terminated, all licenses are revoked, and access to Fortify VPN+ is denied.
